I’ve spent 40 years as a travel agent, during which time I have managed a retail travel agency along with 30 years as a mobile travel agent, offering personalised service to select clients.
During my career I have also worked for TAFE NSW as a Travel, Tourism & Events Teacher for over 25 years part time, training and qualifying up and coming travel industry staff. I have been awarded a number of industry sales and excellence awards including in 1990, the prestigious ‘Australian Travel Consultant of the Year’ award from the industry body at that time ‘Australian Institute of Travel & Tourism AITT’. As you can see, travel is my lifelong passion. I love to share this with my clients and treat every holiday created as one I would desire to do myself!
Yes, I have an extensive list of places I have been and experiences I can share, but always looking out for my next destination to explore. To be a great travel advisor, you need to be a great traveller!
My specialties relate to both leisure and luxury travel. I can design any experience my client’s desire. In particular, my expertise is in travel to UK/Europe, North America, Asia & Pacific nations either travelling independently, touring or simply ticking off that bucket list. I am very versed in everything cruising including small ship, ocean, luxury, adventure and river cruising.
