DeLightful Travel

J has been a travel agent since 2012, working for the Student Flights brand of Flight Centre Travel Group. She quickly escalated through the ranks and after only a year with the company, was Team Leader at one of the most successful stores in Melbourne. She was soon offered the opportunity to lead the team at the city’s flagship store. 

During this time, J was one of Victoria’s top agents and earned a place at two of the coveted Global Ball conferences alongside the company’s best, in Singapore and Cancun.  

During her time with the company, she remained an avid traveller – so much so, she took extended leave for this exact reason and was so inspired by the nomadic lifestyle that she swapped to a remote agent contract. J has continued to sell travel wherever and whenever she needed to, evolving her business practice to complement the availability of her customers and allow customer service beyond the 9-5 constraints of brick and mortar stores.  

After a period away from the company due to COVID-19, she was offered the chance to rejoin the industry as an independent travel consultant – the perfect addition to her other engagements as a cabaret/circus performer and event producer. 

J has a huge range of experience in booking travel, with a client base covering everyone from business travellers to student gap years. J draws on years of traveling the world herself and is dedicated to providing the best travel experiences to her customers. She is efficient, thinks outside the square and provides welcome support in a world that has been turned upside down through the pandemic.
